Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ChoreBlaster, you agree to these Terms. If you use ChoreBlaster for a household, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or adult authorized to manage that household.

ChoreBlaster helps families manage chores, points, streaks, badges, reminders, and rewards. Features may vary by plan. We may improve, update, add, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for your account, parent PIN, and household link. Kids do not create separate ChoreBlaster accounts; parents and guardians are responsible for activity in their household.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Trial access, promo codes, monthly billing, annual billing, cancellations, and renewals are handled according to the plan and billing options shown at checkout or in the Stripe billing portal. If you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period or trial unless Stripe or ChoreBlaster states otherwise.

If a paid plan ends, your household may return to the Free plan. Existing household data is not deleted just because you downgrade, but Free plan limits and feature restrictions apply going forward.

You agree not to use ChoreBlaster unlawfully, attempt to access another household's data, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or abuse promotional codes, referrals, billing, reminders, or notification systems.

You keep ownership of household data you enter into ChoreBlaster. You give us permission to store, process, and display that data as needed to provide the service.

ChoreBlaster, including its name, branding, interface, copy, artwork, and software, is owned by ChoreBlaster or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

We aim to keep ChoreBlaster reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, change features, or suspend access when needed for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.

You may stop using ChoreBlaster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if payment fails, or if continued access creates risk for ChoreBlaster or other users.

ChoreBlaster is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to ChoreBlaster in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
